Worldwide Shipping
We’re proud to offer worldwide shipping for all Ovouria products.
Orders are fulfilled from our U.S. distribution centers and shipped via USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, or local postal partners depending on your destination.
Estimated delivery times: 6–10 business days
Please note: delivery times may vary depending on your country’s customs process and local carrier efficiency.
We cannot be held responsible for delays, lost packages, or damages caused by the shipping carrier, customs, or inaccurate address details provided by the customer.
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or local taxes once your package reaches your destination country.
These charges are determined by your local customs office and are not included in your order total.
Customers are responsible for paying any applicable customs duties or import taxes.
Refusal to pay may result in your package being returned to us or destroyed by customs.
In such cases, Ovouria cannot issue refunds for shipping or the product cost.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your package is delayed or goes missing, please reach out to support@ovouria.com with your order number.
We’ll help you track it down as much as possible, but Ovouria cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked “Delivered” by the carrier.
Damaged, Incomplete, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@ovouria.com with photos of the item and packaging.
Once verified, we’ll promptly send a replacement or correct the issue at no cost to you.
Returns & Refund Policy
60-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to love your Ovouria experience.
If you’re not satisfied for any reason, contact support@ovouria.com within 60 days of receiving your first order for a full refund.
Please contact us before returning any items to ensure proper processing.
Unauthorized returns may be delayed or voided.
If items are shipped to the wrong address without our instruction, we cannot guarantee a refund or reshipment.
Eligibility for Refund
To qualify for a return:

Products must be returned in their original packaging (bottle, label, and included materials).

The product must be unopened and unused.

You are responsible for return shipping costs.

You must provide a tracking number for verification.
Refunds will be processed once your return has been received and inspected.
We cannot issue refunds for returns:

Sent without tracking.

Received after 60 days from your initial order.

That arrive opened, damaged, or used.
Opened or used products are not eligible for refund after the first order.
Returns of Unopened Items
If your product is unopened, email us for the correct return address based on your region (U.S. or international).
Once received and verified, we’ll issue a full refund (excluding shipping fees).
If a returned package is lost in transit without tracking, we cannot issue a refund.
Undelivered or Returned-to-Sender Packages
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, unpaid customs fees, or refusal to accept delivery, a reshipment fee may apply.
Alternatively, we can issue a refund minus shipping costs, provided the product is in original condition.
If a package is returned to us as Undelivered, you may choose either:

A replacement shipment, or

A full refund for the order.
Requests for replacements or refunds must be made within 30 days of delivery.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, email support@ovouria.com within 30 days with clear photos.
Once verified, we’ll send a replacement at no charge.
No replacements can be issued without proof of damage.
Refused Packages
Refusing a package will result in a return shipping fee charged by the carrier, which will be deducted from your refund.
If a refused package is lost or destroyed during return transit, Ovouria cannot process a refund.
To avoid complications, please accept the delivery and contact us for a proper return.
Ordering Policy
Modifying Orders
If you need to modify an order, contact support@ovouria.com immediately.
If your order hasn’t been processed or shipped, we can make changes.
Once shipped, we are unable to modify or cancel it.
Duplicate Orders
Koncept LLC / Ovouria is not responsible for duplicate orders placed by mistake.
Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.
Duplicate orders fall under the same return and refund guidelines.
Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel their subscription after 20 days from their initial order date.
This allows sufficient time for product delivery and trial.
After 20 days, you can cancel anytime by:

Logging into your Ovouria account, or

Contacting support@ovouria.com.
Once canceled, no further charges or shipments will occur.
By subscribing, you agree to this cancellation policy.
Same-Day Cancellations
If you cancel your subscription on the same day as your Starter Kit purchase, we reserve the right to cancel both the subscription and the original order.
Annual Plan
All annual plan sales are final.
Once processed and shipped, annual orders cannot be canceled or refunded.
Please review your purchase carefully before confirming.
Free Monthly Gifts
If a free gift is missing from your order, we’ll include it with your next subscription shipment.
Free gifts are not sent separately and are available only with active subscription orders.
